
At least for BI Aurora, all owed Holiday Pay since the master contract was signed should be paid out on either this check or next check. If you worked at least one day during the week of a holiday or had approved time off and you did NOT receive holiday pay at that time, it should and will be paid out.
The company, at least for BI Aurora, still operated under the the previous rules whereas an employee had to work their scheduled shift before and after the holiday to receive holiday pay.
